Literacy Program
We believe that those who cannot read and write face greater barriers in life. We assist those with reading and writing problems to gain more confidence in themselves. We have helped many to study for their G.E.D s. We feel that ones. job performance and personal worth are greatly improved using our Bright Sky Learning system.
Educational services are also provided at New Life Center. Clients who do not have a high school diploma or a GED are encouraged to continue with their education through the San Francisco Adult Learning Center, ESL (English as a Second Language) classes, Project READ and/or other literacy and tutoring programs. Continuing education through San Francisco City College, the Adult Learning Center, San Francisco State University, and other community resources is encouraged for all participants.
